Centennial Celebration1997 marked the 100th year of conferences at Star Island as well as the 100th anniversary of the Isles of Shoals Association. The Isles of Shoals Association was instrumental in organizing the original conferences at Star Island, both Unitarian and Congregational (now the United Church of Christ). Although our focus and activities have changed some over the years, our original purpose is still alive and well within our organization. Hopefully, future generations will be able to celebrate a century from now as we did on this splendid day - recognizing the importance of Star Island conferences, and the spiritual growth they provide in our lives. Below are some photos of the festivities that occured at Star Island in celebration of the centennial.
